Some iPhone owners return them to stores

Most recently, Apple released its main device in 2017, the iPhone X received a loud beautiful appearance and a frameless screen that won hundreds of thousands of fans from around the world, forcing them to stand for several days in line. But after a couple of days of use, it became known that the true fans started to return the smartphone back to the store.

If you look at the reviews about the gadget, they will not be all positive, most of the time users are annoyed by the opaque area at the top of the display, as well as the lack of a battery charge indicator, the device's frame is just as disliked, because unlike all previous versions smartphones from Apple, the management of the iPhone X is almost entirely based on gestures.
